AN auction has raised more than £1,000 for the Wold Newton after-school club, the Little Meteorites.
Items up for grabs included a meal for four at the Blue Bell Inn, an Italian hamper, side saddle riding lessons and a family ticket for The Deep in Hull.
The auction was led by a professional auctioneer from Cundalls, a North Yorkshire based firm of auctioneers.
All the funds raised will go towards resources and activities for the club which provides after-school care for children aged between three and 11 at Wold Newton Community Centre.
