MISCHIEVOUS moggies are being entered into a national competition to find a feline as entertaining as the famous TV cat Felix, and a woman from Kelk thinks her pets have just what the judges are looking for.
Vivien Edwards has entered her one-year-old cats Keith and Candice Marie (pictured) into the Felix Factor contest and hopes they have the winning qualities that could see her scooping the top prize of a holiday.

Mrs Edwards said: "They have grown up a bit so they are a little bit more responsible, but they used to climb the curtains and hang around the curtains causing a little bit of damage.

"The little girl never ever goes down the stairs, but she goes across the piano and if I am playing the piano she walks along it.

"Keith is very much like the Felix on the adverts. He comes rushing up to your legs and winds himself around them," she added.

The Felix Factor is part of national mischief month and is designed to bring a bit of light-hearted fun into our lives.
