PROPOSALS for extensions to a property in Kilham have been approved.
The amended plans for Fulbeck, East End, were approved by the East Riding Council eastern area planning sub-committee, which met in Bridlington on Monday.

The plans, submitted by applicants Mr and Mrs J Lievers, allow for the building of a first floor front extension to the property, including a balcony.

A single storey rear extention and alterations to the conservatory roof were also proposed in the approved scheme, which had been revised in response to officers’ concerns over the materials to be used.
