ORGANIST Darius Battiwalla will demonstrate his skills on both piano and organ at a recital in Beverley Minster tomorrow (Saturday) at 6pm.
The organ programme will begin with Chopin's Ballade no 3, continue with Bach's Prelude and Fugue in B minor and end with Franck's Prelude, Chorale and Fugue.

The piano programme will open with Bach's Prelude and Fugue in G followed by Franck's Choral no 2 in B minor and conclude with Saint-Saens' Dance Macabre.

Darius started out by playing the piano by ear, later taking up the cello and finally the organ, becoming organist at St Mary's Church, Islington, when he was 13.
