AN amalgam of some of folk's greatest musicians will take to the stage for Legends of Folk Rock - The Gathering.
The show features a line-up drawn from the genre's most influential bands together on stage in celebration of their shared heritage of songs and performances.

Their combined experience has seen them record and perform with some of the most influe
ntial artists to grace the stage and whose work can be found amongst discerning record collections across the world.

The band features former Fairport Convention and Fotheringay member Jerry Donahue on guitars.

Rick Kemp plays bass and provides vocals, and has been a member of Steeleye Span since 1972. He has also played extensively with Michael Chapman.

Jethro Tull drummer Clive Bunker, Lindisfarne's Ray Jackson and The Albion Band's Doug Morter complete the musical line-up.

Jerry's daughter Kristina Donahue provides vocals for the band. Kristina made her professional performing debut at the Fairport Convention Cropredy Festival in 1999 singing to an audience of more than 20,000 people.

Legends of Folk Rock is on stage at Hull City Hall at 7.30pm on Saturday (November 10) as part of a national tour.
