NORTH Frodingham Primary School pupils crowned their 2008 May Queen during a traditional maypole dancing and coronation ceremony.
This year, the honour was given by Paige Wylie, 12, last year's May Queen, to Sophie Watson, 11, who was crowned during a special ceremony.

The event was held at the school and was watched by pupils and parents who also took part in the fun time celebrations, which included dancing around a traditional maypole.
