Latest court cases heard at Bridlington Magistrates Court include:
Andrew Paul Craven, 34, of Bridge Street, Driffield, was fined £60 after pleading guilty to exceeding the 40mph speed limit at Bainton on November 12 and failing to produce a driving licence on the same date. The case was heard on Ju
ly 18.

Liam Bryan Storry
, 26, of Beeford Road, Lissett, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £43 prosecution costs after admitting possessing a quantity of amphetamine, a class B drug, at Bridlington on June 15. The case was heard on July 23.

Daniel Jack Jennison Lund, 19, of Laburnum Avenue, Hutton Cranswick, was fined £50 after admitting entering the garage of a property on Southgate, Hutton Cranswick, as a trespasser and stealing a Vauxhall Astra on February 2, 2007. An order made by a youth court in April 2007 requiring him to complete 60 hours of community service was revoked at the same hearing, which took place on July 25.

Martin Leslie McKalroy, 52, of Eastgate North, Driffield, drove a Ford Maverick while disqualified on Washington Street in Driffield on February 18 and has been disqualified from driving for a further eight months. He was fined £400 for the offence, which he admitted, and another £200 for driving without insurance. The case was heard on July 25.

Scott Affleck Maxwell, 43, of Stockwell Lane, Brandesburton, was fined £100 and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £95 after he was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver of a vehicle allegedly guilty of an offence. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points. Maxwell had pleaded not guilty to the offence when the case was heard on July 29.

Alan Wilfred Lowes, 57, of Leafield Road, Bainton, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after he pleaded guilty to failing to notify the East Riding Of Yorkshire Council of a change of circumstances which would affect his entitlement to benefits. He was ordered to pay prosecution costs of £200 when the case was heard on July 30.

Lee Dunn, of Weeton Drive, Wetwang, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £45 prosecution costs for failing to notify the Secretary of State of a change of keeper of a vehicle on October 10. The case was proved in his absence on July 30.

Carl James Endeacott, 20, of Skerne Road, Driffield, was fined £200 and ordered to pay back duty of £150 after he kept an unlicensed vehicle on Eastgate South, Driffield, on January 8. He must also pay prosecution costs of £45. The case was heard in his absence on July 30.

Shaun Patrick Dodson, 47, of Rudston Road, Burton Agnes, was fined £65 and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £45 and £15 back duty after it was found he had kept an unlicensed vehicle on the road at Burton Agnes on December 24. The case was proved in his absence on July 30.

Mark Hanson, 22, of Driffield Road, Langtoft, pleaded guilty to keeping an unlicensed vehicle on West Street, Bridlington, on January 29 and was fined £50. He must also pay back duty of £76.67. The case was heard on July 30.

Judith Margaret Smith, of New Road, Nafferton, has been ordered to pay prosecution costs of £60 after admitting to failing to keep a dangerous dog under control. Her brindle-coloured cross breed bitch has been subject to a control order since the hearing on July 30.
