LATEST cases heard by magistrates sitting at Bridlington

Nichola Michelle Petch, 24, c/o Burdale Close, Driffield, has been conditionally discharged for 12 months for damaging paintwork and a tyre to a Citroen C2 in Driffield on March 20. She has also been ordered to pay £200 compensation and court costs of £43 after pleading guilty to the offence.

Ian Stewart Husband, 49, of Scarborough Road, Driffield, has been conditionally discharged for 12 months for damaging paintwork to a Ford Mondeo in Driffield between November 28 and December 1 last year. He has also been ordered to pay compensation of £240 and costs of £225. He had denied the offence but the case was proved after a trial.
