Talks over bus services
BUS company officials are continuing talks over whether more services could be routed through Nafferton, parish councillors have been told.
Calls were made last month for more services to travel through the village, instead of solely calling at the village bus stop on Driffield Road.
Councillors were told that East Yorkshire Motor Services had considered re-routing the 121 service from Hull to Scarborough several years ago and had decided not to do so. But a letter from the firm stated that talks were continuing and that they would contact the council again.
