SUPER-STAFF at Driffield’s Tesco Store have raised hundreds of pounds for a cancer charity.

General Assistant, Dominic McShane and Counters Manager, Chris Hart had their legs waxed in the store to raise funds for Cancer Research.

The wax took place as part of Tesco’s Superhero weekend which saw staff dress as superheroes and raised £337 for the cancer charity - Tesco’s Charity of the year.

Tracey Houghton, team leader at Tesco has thanked Sam Wylie from The Salon for helping with the leg wax all those who donated to Cancer Research.

Tracey said: “We would like to thank Sam Wylie for doing the leg wax and all the customers who donated - we really appreciate it.”
