On Saturday 26th April at 7.30pm Driffield Male Voice Choir are performing a concert at Driffield Rugby Club to support Yorkshire Wolds Riding for the Disabled.
Formed in the 1970’s this charity operates to provide riding lessons for pupils of Kings Mill School and the therapeutic benefits of close contact with horses are very well documented.
Whilst the purchase of capital equipment is well funded, help is needed to finance day to day operations such as fodder and bedding for the animals.
The Choir, together with soloist Rachel Anderson and supported by Driffield Rugby Club are hoping to be able to contribute significantly to these costs.
The Rugby Club Bar will be open and, thanks to the generosity of supporters, a first class Raffle draw will be held.
Tickets are on sale at Sokells, members of Yorkshire Wolds Riding for the Disabled or members of Driffield Male Voice Choir.
