Filey RNLI volunteer Chris receives 40 years' service award
Chris, who worked as shore crew and shop volunteer, started with the lifeboat by helping man the RNLI trolley.
Coble Landing has always played a big part in Chris's life. His mum, Mildred, used to work at the tea bar across from the lifeboat station and his dad, Hubert Clubley, was a tractor driver for the local fishing boats.
