Top exam marks for trainee solicitor at Rollits

A Trainee Solicitor at Yorkshire commercial law firm Rollits has been celebrating his success after getting top marks in his professional exams while studying at The College of Law in York.
James Peel, who joined Rollits last September at the start of his two year training contract, was awarded the prize for getting the top combined mark in the Business Law & Practice and Acquisitions exams during his Legal Practice Course at York College of Law.

James, who graduated with a first class degree in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Durham in 2005, was a former student at Sydney Smith School and Wyke Sixth Form College in Hull.

Managing Partner Richard Field, said: "James worked extremely hard to achieve this result and that hard work has paid off.

"We congratulate him on this excellent result."
