Pupils meet Yellow Pages challenge
PUPILS at Driffield Junior School have been busy creating art out of their old telephone directories.
The children and their parents were asked to collect old copies of Yellow Pages and take them into the school, as part of the annual Yellow Woods Challenge.
The scheme, which is organised by Yellow Pages and the Woodland Trust, seeks to encourage recycling and more sustainable living.
A total of 259 books were collected which the school's eco team then turned into a sculpture of a lizard.
